SKB Centre offers lessons for all levels. Contrary to what we can think, kiteboarding does not require strength; it requires finesse. During our courses, SKB staff will use the latest and finest equipment for an easier and superior training.
We teach with hybrid or bow kites for total safety and a better autonomy.
Through the years, SKB team has developed a flexible teaching method adapted to your individual skills and physical condition which will allow you to learn at your own pace while maximizing your progression.
Introduction 1 hour @ $50
Kiteboarding introduction starts with the presentation of the wind window, release systems, and the different learning steps. During the hour, you will fly a trainer kite giving you a taste of kiteboarding.
Discovery 3-4 hours @ $250
This training will bring you to familiarize yourself with your equipment and learn all the safety rules. You will develop flying techniques and autonomy with the kite, with and without a harness, learn to launch and relaunch the kite and master the wind window. You will body-drag and be introduce to the «water start».
Now that you know all the techniques and safety rules, practice and enjoy!
Progression $75 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
This customized course allows you to improve your training at your own pace and achieve your goals. Under our qualified instructor's supervision, you will ride in a safe and shallow environment, ideal for your learning.
*Prices includes courses, training material, helmet, harness, and if necessary a wet suit.
